Nurse Dee Young was very knowledgeable regarding me and my husband's travel abroad and gave us lots of good advice along with the inoculations required.

It's not easy to get an appointment due to the high demand, I understand that. We are new patients to the clinic and are very pleased with our treatment so far. The front staff are very friendly and are very calm. Not once have I heard them tell me, 'well, the Drs are very busy...' They just let you know when the first appointment is available. I was concerned about changing to a new GP Practice but am glad we made the move. It is much better than our previous practice. Thank you!

Neither the doctor nor the Practice Nurse introduced themselves to me. The latter did not re-explain the purpose of the consultation and what would happen etc. Both constantly looked at the computer screen when speaking to me .
More eye contact needed too by the receptionists who ignore you when standing at the desk if they are on the phone etc. All they need to do is to look up and , make eye contact to acknowledge that they have seen you and will attend to you asap.

The girls at the sharp end always appear very busy but always make time to say good morning and help you with your requests/problems, although getting through on the telephone can be a problem

I have had cause to spend a lot of time between hospital and this practice and can only say I have had an excellent service every time I have visited!
